Would you like to return your order or an item? Please read the following information about our Return policy.

You can return a product in the following cases
Within 14 days after receiving your order. (Right of withdrawal)
If you received the wrong product, product colour or product size.
If your product is damaged.

How can i return my order or item?
Please fill in the Return Form below. You will receive a reaction to your Return request within 24 hours (except for weekends) with further instructions.

When will I get my refund?
We will refund your purchase costs plus any shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving your order/ item.

Conditions of refund
In the following cases, we can’t accept a return or refund the total purchase costs. If the product is damaged, clearly opened or clearly used, it is not applicable for a refund. The right of withdrawal gives the customer the opportunity to try out the product as if in a physical shop. If the product is not packaged in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for correct shipping. If the returned product is damaged, the costs will be recovered from the customer.

Shipping costs
We will refund the Return Shipping costs only if the return is a result of a mistake we made. If we delivered the wrong product or if we delivered a damaged product. Otherwise, the Return Shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
